Most firms do the building or the electrics. We do both, which matters more than it sounds. On a refurbishment or fit-out the two trades are constantly waiting on each other, and when they're the same company that friction disappears.
It also means the finish is ours to own. When a cable's been chased into a wall, someone has to make good the plaster afterwards — and here that's the same team, not a handover with a gap in it.

From reworking a single room to an extension, we handle the building work alongside any electrical changes it needs. Moving a kitchen, opening up a space or adding a room usually means both trades, and doing them together keeps the programme tight.
We work alongside architects and designers where a project calls for it, fitting into a wider team rather than working around it.
Making good after electrical work
New circuits, a rewire or a board move all leave chased walls and lifted floors behind them. Making good — the plastering, the finishing, the tidy-up — is the part other trades often leave for someone else.
Because the building side is ours too, the job is finished properly rather than handed on half-done.

Do you work with architects and designers?
Yes. On projects where an architect or designer is already involved, we work alongside them, fitting into the wider team rather than cutting across it.
Can you make good after a rewire or new circuits?
Yes. Chased walls and lifted floors from electrical work need plastering and finishing afterwards. Because the building side is ours too, we finish the job properly rather than leaving that to another trade.
Do you take on office and commercial fit-outs?
