Common questions

Where is Impression Electrical & Building based?

Seafield House, 2 Seafield Lane, Redditch, B98 9DL — just north of Redditch town centre. We have been working out of the same base since 2019.

How far do you travel for work?

We cover 20 to 25 miles from Redditch for everything we do, which takes in most of north Worcestershire, Solihull, south Birmingham and the Warwickshire side towards Stratford-upon-Avon. Commercial solar we will travel further for, because the job size justifies the extra distance.

Do you cover villages that aren't listed as a town page?

Almost certainly. The pages below are the towns we work in most often, not the limit of where we go — the villages and hamlets between them are covered too. If you are inside roughly 25 miles of Redditch, send us the postcode and we will confirm either way.

Does being local actually make a difference?

It does for two things: surveys and faults. Being 15 minutes from Bromsgrove rather than two hours away means we can look at a job properly before quoting, and get back to an existing system that has stopped working without it becoming a scheduling problem. It matters less on a new build install booked six weeks out.

Tell us where the job is

Send us the postcode and the details, and we'll come back with a straight answer — usually within one working day.
