Before we were a solar and EV company, we were electricians — and that's still the base everything sits on. Solar, battery storage and EV charging are all electrical work at heart, which is why we do them properly rather than as bolt-ons.

Rewires, consumer units and new circuits
A full or partial rewire, a new consumer unit (the fuse board that protects and distributes your circuits), or an added circuit for a kitchen, extension or outbuilding — done tidily and certified.
Older properties often need this before anything else can go in safely. If you're planning solar, EV charging or a refurbishment, sorting the supply and board first saves reworking it later.
Fault-finding and testing
Intermittent faults are the frustrating ones — a circuit that trips for no obvious reason, lights that flicker, sockets that stop working. We trace them methodically rather than guessing and replacing parts.

Do you take on small electrical jobs as well as big ones?
Yes. An extra socket, a faulty circuit or a single light are as much part of the job as a full rewire. Everyday electrical work is core to us, not a sideline we squeeze in around installs.
How do I know if my house needs rewiring?
Signs include an old fuse board, rubber or fabric-insulated cabling, frequent tripping, or scorch marks around sockets. The reliable answer comes from an inspection — an EICR will tell you the real condition rather than a guess.
What is a consumer unit and do I need a new one?
The consumer unit is the fuse board that distributes and protects your circuits. Older boards often lack modern protection like RCDs. If yours is dated or you're adding solar or EV charging, it may need replacing — we'll tell you at survey.
