New layouts mean new circuits, lighting, and often data and power where there wasn't any before, alongside the partitions, flooring and finishes. We coordinate all of it rather than handing off between trades.
That keeps the programme tight and means the electrical first-fix, the build and the second-fix land in the right order, without gaps where nobody's booked in.
Working around a live office
Most refurbishments happen while the business is still trading, so we plan the work around how the office is used — staging it, working in phases, and keeping disruption to what's unavoidable.
